I am so impressed with the service I received from Robcousens Outdoor Furniture. Given the store front is closed at the moment, I had lots of questions before I made my online purchase of an outdoor setting. I placed my order, made payment and two days later the delivery driver was at my door. I couldn't believe I received it so quickly and it was exactly what I wanted. We have purchased top quality furniture from Rob Cousens before. We need no convincing.This is probably the reason you see us so seldom - because whatever we have bought goes the long long distance and is absolutely top quality and style. Not to mention value the others simply cannot match. We've looked. We just purchased an outdoor table from your Nunawading outlet in early January which has just been delivered and are absolutely thrilled with it. A better price for anything comparable and assembling it I could see the quality. Once again !!!But better than that:- every single purchase and delivery touchpoint was excellent, from the sales staff at purchase to the lovely girl Jodie who called to confirm the delivery after we had to cancel the original due to unforseen circumstances. Just so easy.The two guys who delivered the table this morning were excellent, really excellent and were right on time, polite, careful and appropriately distanced - insisting on wheeling it up the long driveway by themselves andthrough our cluttered garage and out to where it was to be assembled.They had their delivery paperwork ready for me to sign and I noticed they asked me to use my own pen, placed the clipboard down and I signed and then then picked it up again. This place is the best. Such high quality furniture and amazing service. One time I really needed to get some new Teak Oil for my table on the only nice day to do it for weeks - and whilst they were closed for the weekend in lockdown click-and-collect - a lovely gentleman emailed me, offered to meet me at the store, just to open for 2 minutes to help me collect my oil so I didn't lose the perfect day to do it. I changed my order and bought TWO just to make a point of it! :-) Thanks robcousens Outdoor Furniture!
